Hello, I'm Marianne Jervis

I have gained over 25 years’ experience in management, coaching and training, within different sectors. Being able to apply what has been learnt back into the workplace is intrinsic within my training delivery and contextualising training topics to make them ‘real’ is imperative.

I am passionate about supporting delegates to self-reflect on both their own and business results. Providing tools and strategies to improve performance and resilience is key, along with ‘next steps’ to maximise outcomes.
